Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with Replai. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to all use of the Service by the Customer and its Authorised Users.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to:

  • upload, store, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful;
  • infringe any intellectual-property, privacy, or other right of a third party;
  • transmit malware, or engage in phishing, fraud, or other malicious activity;
  • harass, abuse, or harm others;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent its security or authentication;
  • gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties except as agreed in writing.

2. AI-specific misuse

You must not:

  • abuse, overload, or excessively automate requests to the AI features beyond fair and intended use, or evade rate limits;
  • use prompt injection or similar techniques to manipulate the Service into unsafe, unlawful, or unintended behaviour;
  • attempt to extract underlying models, system prompts, or other customers' data;
  • use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful Output.

3. Restrictions on data fed to the AI

You must not input into the Service:

  • unlawful data, or data you have no right to use;
  • special-category personal data (Art. 9 GDPR — e.g. health, biometric, racial/ethnic, political, religious, sexual-orientation data) unless you have established a valid lawful basis and implemented appropriate safeguards;
  • other individuals' personal data without authority and a lawful basis.

You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the data you submit. See the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

4. Enforcement

4.1 We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access under the Terms of Service, including immediately where necessary to prevent harm.

4.2 We may remove or disable content that violates this policy.

4.3 We may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities where legally required.
